1. Later this year I am in front of the MPTS/GMC for a complaint by the MPTS, that applied for a non-medical job and despite not having to make disclosures, I made disclosures during a non-medical employment enquiry during the pandemic. But the MPTS/GMC accusation is despite evidence they provide of disclosures that I have not made them and despite no application form they are adamant I made an application form. Which is a probity issues.

Can I ask were in the Magna Carta is it reference the vague fuck off text.
