For Trump and the Trump Zombie Republicans it would only apply to their “life-threatening” not other peoples – as we continue to see. And it would also have to be Republicans lives because Democratic lives don’t matter even more.

One thing I’d add: if SCOTUS scuttles Obamacare, these “long haulers” may be excluded from insurance coverage because of their preexisting condition. I don’t think any Republican senators who have tested positive will use that as a reason not to confirm Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court, unfortunately.
