This is a tough time and frontline workers speaking out, as you’ve said get singled out. The bigger issue is how physicians lost control of the health system. Physicians need to be clinical and administrative leaders again. Look at the Mayo Clinic model. We need to wrestle control back. Our patients need that. Thank you for the post!
